About Payment
- The price is shown in Philippine peso, but we accept payments in Philippine peso, Japanese yen and US dollars.
- Payments made in currencies other than the Philippine peso will be converted at our rate on the day. In the Philippines, 12% will be added to the price as tax (VAT). At Emerald Green, if you pay in cash, tax will be the service.
- Please note that the Internet environment in the Philippines may not be usable due to bad circumstances. In that case, please pay in cash.
Booking Cancellation
- A cancellation charge of 50% for 2 days before, 100% for 1 day before and the same day will be charged.
Balicasag Island Notes
- It costs 250 pesos/day to bring in the camera.
- There are restrictions on the number of islands that can be entered by the local government, and the reservation system is limited to 150 people on a first-come-first-served basis.
- There is a limit of 2 dives per day according to the rules of the local government.
If you request more than 3 dives a day, the third and subsequent dives will be around Panglao Island. - Reservations on site will not be accepted. Please make a reservation in advance.
- You will need a copy of both sides of your C card (license) to apply for Balicasag Island diving. Please send it by email.
It will be difficult to understand the reservation status of the local government, and in order to secure it before reaching the capacity, the reservation will be confirmed after the C card is received, and we will immediately move to the application. Please note that the local government will process the requests in the order they are received, so at the time of application, the capacity may have already been reached.
- If you make a reservation more than 2 weeks in advance, it will take some time to confirm acceptance by the local government.
- Cancellation/schedule change after booking is completed will be charged at 400 pesos/day including entry fee.
- Rules, fees, etc. may change suddenly depending on the local government.
Precautions
- Meals are not included. We can prepare sandwiches (P400 ~).
- Boat cars will be mixed with other customers.
- Please submit a PADI medical certificate if you are 60 years or older, and if you are 70 years or older.
- Depending on the weather, sea conditions, local governments, etc., the event may not be available.
- It is required by the policy of the diving guidance group to secure at least 18 hours of surface rest time from the end of diving to boarding the aircraft. The class will be closed on the 2nd day around 17:00 (depending on the progress of the class). Please take this into consideration when making reservations for flights departing after 11:00 a.m. the day after the class ends. I will tell you.
- Equipment rental fee and entry fee are not included in the price.
- The entry fee may change depending on the local government.
- Please show the Open Water C Card.

- Those over 70 years old: Please be sure to bring a medical certificate from a doctor.
- 60-69 years old: We strongly recommend that you bring a medical certificate from a doctor.
- Those under 59: Please bring a medical certificate from a doctor if you think that you are not in a suitable health condition for diving.
